The administrator of your personal data is the company LUG S.A., with the registered office in Zielona Góra, ul. Gorzowska 11, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, conducted by the District Court in Zielona Góra, 8th Economic Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000287791, share capital PLN 1 799 642,50, NIP 9291672920, REGON 080201644, (hereinafter: the Company).
Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 22¹(1) of the Labour Code in connection with Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the so-called General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: RODO), in order to carry out the recruitment for the position in question.
This data includes: Your first name(s) and surname; date of birth; place of residence (mailing address); educational background and previous employment history. Their provision is voluntary, while their failure to do so prevents your participation in the recruitment process.
Personal data other than those listed above may be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO - on the basis of the consent given, exclusively for the purpose of recruiting for the position in question and, in the event that you give additional consent, also for the purpose of future recruitment conducted by the Company. Your consent to the processing of your personal data to the above extent is voluntary, and your decision not to provide it cannot be the basis for negative consequences, in particular it cannot constitute a reason justifying the refusal of employment.
The Company may also process your personal data in order to establish, assert or defend possible claims between you and the Company, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
Furthermore, the recipients of your personal data may be companies belonging to the LUG S.A. Capital Group.
The Company may also disclose your personal data to service providers who provide services for the Company, such as: IT, HR, agency, administration services.
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process for the given position and for the period of the statute of limitations for claims related to the recruitment process, and in the event that you consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, for the period of 1 year and for the period of the statute of limitations for claims related to the future recruitment process.
Within the limits of the law, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, transfer, lodging an objection, withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Company violates the law.
In the case of voluntary consent for the processing of personal data also for the purposes of further recruitment processes, please include an additional statement in your documents: "I give my consent to the processing of my personal data included in the application documents provided by me to the company which is part of the LUG S.A. capital group also for the purpose of future recruitment processes for the same job position or another one in accordance with my qualifications."
